What happens

Yes. Your agency handles all medical coordination, legal contracts, escrow management, and journey support. SurrogateMatch gets you to the right agency with the right surrogate already identified. Think of us as the step before the agency.
How is this different from just contacting agencies directly?
When you contact an agency directly, you're limited to their pool. SurrogateMatch searches across multiple agencies simultaneously, giving you a broader, better-matched selection — and you don't commit to an agency until after you've chosen your surrogate.
